Step into Clarity, Confidence & Connection
Start the evening with a full-body Mat Yogilates session, instructed by Tina McGlinchy, to open and energize the body, followed by a transformative 45-minute Manifest Workshop led by Laleh. Through guided visualization, journaling, and intention-setting, participants will release limiting beliefs, gain clarity on what they truly want, and create aligned action steps to manifest their next chapter.
