I’m Tina McGlinchy, and I created YTS | Your True Self Retreats because I know what it feels like to lose yourself to burnout. After losing my job as a Wholesale Director and moving from Miami back to my hometown of Cleveland, it felt like everything I had identified with was gone.

Yoga found me in that uncertain time. What started as a physical practice became a way to process anxiety, grief, and change helping me stay present, rebuild trust in myself, and reconnect with my true self.

A retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica changed everything. Immersed in nature and supported by a like-minded community, I returned home lighter, clearer, and choosing authenticity over external validation.
